This cancellation policy is applicable for Products purchased from Us via this Website. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with such a purchase, We invite You to review our cancellation policy below.

Your Cancellation Rights

Prints and Wall Art

All Prints and Wall Art products available in our store are manufactured for You on demand, only after We have received Your order according to Your individual specifications (subject, size and material). For these individual products, a right of revocation according to § 312 German BGB (right of revocation and right of return for distance contracts) is excluded.

However, if our Print Provider has not started to produce Your order yet, You can cancel it free of charge.

Moreover, if You find issues with the quality of the print itself that might be the result of a problem in the production process on the side of the Print Provider, You can contact Us and We will sort this issue for You.

Digital Products

We have a 14-day refund policy for digital products available in our store. For such products, no physical items will be shipped, and You will receive a temporal download link. If You are not satisfied with a digital product You purchased through our store, You can contact us for a refund of Your Order.

Refunds

We will notify You once we’ve received a request for refund and let You know if it was approved or not. If approved, You’ll be automatically refunded on Your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for Your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved Your return, please contact us.

Note that any payment and processing fees occurring during the processing of the Order and / or the return will be deducted from Your refund. Such fees may vary based on the used payment method.
